Chevy Small Block EGR Block-Off Plate Gasket

This TSP Chevy Small Block EGR Block-Off Plate Gasket is a fiber gasket used to seal an EGR block-off plate on the Chevrolet small block V8 Gen. I, spanning 262, 265, 267, 283, 302, 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 CID. It's a service item for EGR removal or delete projects where the factory EGR passage is being blocked off at the intake.

Sold individually, this gasket should be replaced any time the block-off plate or intake is disturbed during service. Before installing, confirm port shape, bolt-hole alignment, and surface condition, and follow the recommended tightening sequence for a proper seal.
