Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
